1989 by Carol A. McInnis, founder and CEO, and Matthew Wuhrer,
Vice President and Managing Partner. Carol and Matt have
worked together since 1982. They bring more than 20 years
of experience and a complementary management style to the
organization. They lead an elite group of senior managers,
recruitment counselors and a sophisticated research department.
